Overview - Construction of a 172.5ML off-stream storage basin with embankments, access roads, jetty infrastructure, and electrical/instrumentation systems. Work integrated with the critical Ellwood’s supply pipeline in a remote regional setting.
Challenge - Council needed independent cost validation to support pre-tender planning, considering live infrastructure, remote logistics, local labour, and delivery risk.
