Our Story
Infravisory began with a leap of faith and a clear idea - that there was a better way to support water infrastructure projects.
Too often, cost, programme, and risk are assessed in silos, without fully reflecting how projects are actually built. Having worked across both client and contractor sides, we saw the impact this disconnect can have when it comes time to invest or procure.
That’s why Infravisory was created: to bring together estimating, delivery insight, and market awareness into advice that’s practical, transparent, and grounded in reality.
We work closely with asset owners and project teams to align scope, cost, programme, and risk early, so decisions are informed and projects are set up for success.
As a boutique advisory firm, our goal isn’t to be the biggest firm in the room - just one that clients trust to give honest advice that stands up when it matters most.
Andy Day
Managing Director
Infravisory is led by Managing Director Andy Day, who brings over 20 years’ experience advising and supporting engineering construction projects worldwide. With extensive expertise across the full project lifecycle, he works closely with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver strong project outcomes.
Andy oversees all Infravisory projects and maintains high standards of professionalism, support, and advice throughout every stage.
